Orders and Payment
By placing an order, the customer agrees to purchase the selected products and accepts the details of the order.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If any changes are required, please contact our customer service immediately. Once an order has been shipped, no modification or cancellation will be accepted.
Payment must be made through the methods designated by the Company and completed within the specified time frame. Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of the order or additional charges.
Delivery
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. The Company will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather). The Company shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or delay that occurs during shipment.
Sales Terms and Conditions
Stock Types: We offer Ready Stock and Pre-order items.
Ready Stock: Ships within 1–3 working days.
Pre-order: Ships within 14–21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Return Policy: Returns are only accepted if an item has a major defect exceeding 3cm (such as dyeing issues, irreparable holes, etc.). Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel to request a return or exchange. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
Invalid Return Reasons: Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as personal preference, not meeting expectations, transparency, fabric thickness, or color differences (due to screen display variations). We strive to display accurate product colors, but slight variations may occur. Any significant differences will be clearly stated in the product description.
Sizing Information: All measurements are taken manually and may vary by 1–3cm. Customers should refer to the product size chart before purchasing. Please note that model body proportions may differ from customers. While we may provide sizing advice, the final decision and responsibility rest with the customer.
Inspection Reminder: Customers are strongly advised to check their parcels upon delivery in the presence of the courier. If any items are missing, please refuse the parcel and contact us immediately. The Company will not be held responsible for missing items if the parcel has been signed for without inspection.

The Company strives to provide the best possible service but shall not be held responsible for any delay or interruption caused by unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or force majeure events.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions, as well as any related agreements, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
